ReDev PROPERTIES LTD is pleased to announce the sale of Nottingham Plaza, which closed last week.  Nottingham Plaza is a commercial property located in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, Alberta. Purchased in 2006, the well managed plaza contained an excellent mix of national and local tenants, making it attractive to a variety of purchasers. Richard Crenian, President of ReDev PROPERTIES LTD,  on behalf of the asset manager for the plaza, was quoted as saying, “we are very pleased to have had this product available to sell and yield a fair return”. This plaza represents another successful project managed by the General Partner and ReDev PROPERTIES LTD.
