CATHERINE MORAN | Chief Financial Officer
Catherine Moran is the Director of Finance for ReDev Properties Ltd. and is responsible for the overall financial direction of the Company, including all aspects of financial reporting, planning, treasury, taxation, accounting and office management.
Catherine has over 25 years of experience in finance. Over the last 15 years her main focus has been in real estate.
Prior to joining ReDev, Catherine held the following positions: Chief Financial Officer of Greenwin Inc (property management company), VP of Finance of Transglobe Real Estate Investment Trust and VP of Finance of Counsel Corporation (public investment company). These companies were active in commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and dispositions, residential and commercial developments, mezzanine real estate lending, re-financing, asset management and property management. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto and holds a CA/CPA designation.


GARY HUDSON | Director of Asset Management

Gary Hudson is the director of asset management at ReDev Properties Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day implementation of the overall corporate asset management strategy for each of the company’s properties under management. His duties include financial analysis of leases and potential value-add opportunities, overseeing the management of the properties and providing strategic guidance to third party property managers/leasing agents.

CPA and CA certified, he also has over 30 years of industry experience, especially in executive level property management and owner level strategic planning. Additionally, Gary has worked with over hundreds of major institutional and private commercial property owners.

Effective in asset and portfolio management, strategic asset planning, revenue enhancements, mergers and acquisitions, Gary can successfully secure industry leading total returns with low levels of risk.


AKIN (KEVIN) OLUSUYI, CFA, CIM, MFin | Manager, Investments & Acquisitions
Akin Olusuyi joined ReDev in 2016 and is responsible for investment acquisitions development projects, asset-level financing for properties in ReDev’s portfolio. Additionally, Akin is responsible for overseeing the Investors relation and business development programs at ReDev. Akin has over 4 years in investment management and analytics for high net worth individuals. Prior to joining ReDev, he worked as an Investment performance professional in the ultra-high net worth group at Scotiabank. 
He was responsible for calculating and analyzing investment returns, as well as performance attribution across multi asset solution product range, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of quarterly reports to investors. Akin holds a B.A Honours in Financial Economics from York University and a Masters in Finance from Schulich School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).


 CHRISTIAN LIU, MBA, CPA, CMA | Senior Financial Analyst, Investments & Acquisitions
Christian is responsible for assessing financial and valuation analysis on existing and potential investment projects, financial and cash flow analysis of properties and potential value add opportunities. He also provides support for investor relations and actively performs due diligence on deals on both buy-side and sell-side.
Christian has over 10 years of financial modeling, planning, and analysis experiences in various industries ranging from technology, financial services, banking, retail, construction, pharmaceutical, and engineering.
Prior to joining ReDev, he recently worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Thales Canada performing various financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, profit analysis, and project cost controllership for its Global Transportation Solutions, and Research & Development (R&D) divisions managing projects and assets of over half a billion dollars.
Christian received his Honours B.A in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Toronto, a Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College Business School from London, UK, and is an active CPA, CMA designation holder. He is also a licensed mortgage agent in Ontario, Canada with various certificates from Cornell’s Johnson Business School and Harvard Business School.


AMY ZAGHLOUL | Senior Associate, Investor Relations
Amy Zaghloul has a breadth of experience in a broad spectrum of industries. Prior to joining ReDev, Amy was on the Investor Relations team at Ewing Morris. She supported the Partner with investor inquiries and handled the Fund’s subscription and redemption process as well as the marketing and fundraising materials.
Prior to that, she was an Investment Banking Associate at Bentley Associates in New York, focusing on the Healthcare and Real estate industries.
Prior to Bentley, Amy gained credit risk management experience while working on the Funds team at RBC. She assessed the financial strength of the firm's trading counterparties and conducted risk analysis on credit borrowers.
Amy started her career working in M&A as part of the Deals team at PwC, where she supported all transaction stages and advisory services. Amy received her Bachelor of Business Administrative from The American University in Cairo.


MAGGIE ATKIN | Executive Assistant
Maggie Atkin brings her experience and professionalism to assist Mr. Crenian with the day-to-day scheduling of his business activities and ensures the successful implementation of his busy schedule.
Maggie had a previous career in the television broadcast business and is a proud 4-time Emmy Award Winning graphic on-air specialist.
Born in Edmonton, she worked on many Edmonton Oilers telecasts and had the opportunity to drink from the the Stanley Cup prior to travelling the globe covering the Olympic Games, X-Games and many Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Raptors telecasts.
