ReDev Properties Ltd. Welcomes Tutti Frutti Breakfast and Lunch to Palisades Shopping Plaza

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – Sept. 30, 2014) – ReDev Properties Ltd. is proud to celebrate the opening of Tutti Frutti Breakfast and Lunch as our newest tenant at Palisades Shopping Plaza, Edmonton.

Commencing in Sept 2014, Tutti Frutti Breakfast and Lunch will be begin a 10 year lease with ReDev Properties Ltd, occupying a 2,987 square foott unit.

Purchased in 2013, with 54,515 square feet of rentable space, Palisades Shopping Plaza is ReDev Properties’ newest property. Located at 12804 137th Ave, Edmonton, Alberta, the shopping plaza receives excellent exposure and access to two major transportation routes in Edmonton. It also contains a first-rate combination of national and local tenants.
