2) Feasibility Analysis and Acquisition

Prior to the acquisition of any project, REDEV invests a substantial amount of energy in our due diligence process. We thoroughly analyze the following market factors:

-Income levels and employment growth trends in the relevant market;

-Uniqueness of location;

-Household growth and net migration of the relevant market's population;

-Supply/demand ratio, competitive analysis, sub-market occupancy and rent levels;

-Barriers to entry that would limit competition;

-Purchase prices and yields of available existing stabilized communities, if any;

-Locations proximity to public amenities;

-Existing infrastructure and;

-Proximity to downtown cores, office complexes, shopping centres, and transit.

REDEV arranges for professional Chartered Accountants to administer our investments on behalf of our investors.
