Richard Crenian – President

For over two decades, Richard has built and acquired numerous residential communities across Canada.

With over one billion dollars of real estate development experience, he is an expert in the Canadian field. A seasoned executive with an eye for well located sites, Richard has a track record of proven investment performance for investors since 1981.

Howard Manley – Senior Vice President

Howard is an expert on real estate investments. He was a Partner and Senior Vice President in one of the largest real estate companies in Canada in the 1980′s. He then left to open, operate and own four major discount golf stores in Edmonton and Calgary. He returned to real estate when he joined Redev.

He chose Redev because he believes in real estate and the long term viability of the Redev portfolio. Howard is focused on delivering investor real estate opportunities in markets with substantial upside and long-term returns.

Clarisse Crenian M.Sc. Ed. and B. Comm

Clarisse has worked in the Canadian Banking industry since 1990. Clarisse handles administration and investor relations.
